Letter from Parish Council to Bath Spa University re parking and other issues, 13 April 2018

Response from Bath Spa University, 9 May 2018

Attachment 1: BSU Travel Plan 2017

Attachment 2: Planning Conditions Update Note to Newton St Loe PC May 201

Newton St Loe Parish Council received £2,626.62 Community Infrastructure Levy in 2017/18. This must be spent on the provision, replacement, improvement, operation or maintenance of infrastructure or in otherwise addressing the demands that development places on the parish. None of the Community Infrastructure Levy received had been spent as at 31 March 2018.

The Parish Council welcomes suggestions as to how the Community Infrastructure Levy received might be spent. Suggestions made at the Annual Parish Meeting on 17 May 2018 were for new play equipment in the Recreation Ground, or for developing some of the currently undeveloped part of the Recreation Ground as more formal green space.
